My name is Jonny, and I am an artist based in Värmdö, just outside Stockholm. Image and form have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, growing naturally into an essential part of who I am. For me, painting is a form of meditation — a state in which the world around me fades away and something else takes over. I often notice that my motifs reflect the atmosphere of my surroundings, or something moving within me.
